This hunting lease is leased and not available. This Lincoln County, WV property is located at the end of a dead end road in an area that has produced some good bucks over the years. I found some real good buck sign on the property along with some very heavily worn deer trails. The property is fairly steep but very huntable due to the many benches, saddles, and old logging roads located around the property. There are two old ponds that have fish according to the landowner, and also a couple of old buildings and a cabin still remaining on the property. The old roads need a little work, but could provide good ATV access to almost the entire property with a little trail maintenance. Camping and ATV use are both permitted.
